| Special Event Rules |
1. A Verbal/Email confirmation is due to the Special Events Coordinator before
qualifying of a race. No team may be allowed to enter once qualifying has
started.
2. Payment to enter a Special Event is due to the Special Events Coordinator before
green flag. If for any reason, payment is not received before green flag, that
team will forfeit all Special Event entries.
3. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure the Special Events Coordinator
receives payment. To accommodate long distance teams, there are various methods
of payment available.
4. Payment methods include; cash, check, or PayPal.
5. Direct questions concerning special events to the
Special Events Coordinator.
